This refund policy applies to all purchases made on Detector de IA de Turnitin (turnitinaidetector.com), operated by Manus LIMITED and Manus. LTD.

Refund Eligibility

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Report generation failure. If a report cannot be generated and the credits used for the attempt were refunded, but the report still cannot be produced after retrying.
• Accidental duplicate payment. If you were unintentionally charged multiple times within a short period.
• Unintended subscription renewal. If a subscription was not canceled before renewal, we may refund the most recent renewal payment.

When Refunds Are Not Available

We generally cannot issue refunds in these situations:

• Annual subscription used beyond three days. If more than three days have passed since an annual subscription started and reports were successfully generated during that time.
• Change of mind. If you purchased credits or a plan and simply decided you don't need it anymore, we're unable to process a refund.
• Dissatisfaction with detection results. IA detection results can vary between platforms, and we cannot guarantee specific scores or outcomes.
• Third-party charges. Fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversion fees are not covered by our refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund:

• Include your order ID, the email used for the purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue
• We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
